Charlies Honey

Charlie’s Honey comes straight from our 5 year olds Hive and is lovingly harvested right here at home. Normally Charlie enjoys the honey himself throughout the year, but this season he has decided to sell it and donate 100% of the money to his small rural school, which is currently fundraising for a brand-new library.

This honey is a beautiful runny, clover-based honey, raw and completely unprocessed. Each 500g jar features a special label illustrated by Charlie himself, making every jar a special part of his little fundraising journey. 

Because it is 100% pure, raw honey, it may naturally crystallise over time. If this happens, simply place the jar in a warm water bath to return it to its runny state.
